David Pashe was born in 1950 in the old Sioux Village just south of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada to Agnes and Leonard Pashe. He now lives at Dakota Tipi First Nation, Manitoba but was educated and worked in Brandon, Manitoba for 26 years.
