Darryl Sannes, Minnesota Civil War Commemoration Task Force, will present stories of area soldiers, citizens and settlers during the 1862 Dakota War, focusing on the Sept. 3 Battle of Acton. On view will be a restored 1862 drawing of the Battle of Acton from the Brooklyn Historical Society’s collection.
