Historian Curtis Dahlin will present a historical program on the Dakota War featuring his book "The Dakota Uprising: A Pictorial History." Part two of the "Minnesota's Own Civil War: The U.S. – Dakota Conflict Sesquicentennial" event series sponsored by Saint Paul Public Library and supported by Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
