Dakota Jacket

Buckskin coat made by Dakota Indians in about 1910 and purchased by personnel of Camp Kamaji on Cass Lake, Minnesota. The coat is decorated with long buckskin fringe and 2.5 inch bands of solid beadwork applied to bands of cloth that extend on front and back and down the length of the sleeves.
