Darryl Sannes, Minnesota Civil War Commemoration Task Force, will discuss Hennepin County soldiers and settlers during the Dakota War of 1862, focusing on the Sept. 3, 1862, Battle of Acton in Meeker County, Minn. On view will be a newly restored 1862 drawing of the Battle of Acton, from the Brooklyn Historical Society Collection.
