The history center at the Lower Sioux Agency historic site will be open extended hours on Friday, August 17; Saturday, August 18; and Sunday, August 19. On Friday and Saturday, hours will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday 12 to 7 p.m.
The history center will also be open additional days on Monday, August 20 and Thursday, August 23. Hours both days will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The site interpretive trails are open daily from dawn till dusk. Visitors can get site brochures with a map of the trails and site historical information from the brochure kiosk at the history center front door.
